The Australian Core Skills Framework (ACSF) describes levels of performance in the 5 core skills of Learning, Reading, Writing, Oral Communication and Numeracy. This link describes in detail the INDICATORS, DESCRIPTIONS & LEVELS for each of the 5 areas concerned.
