Literacy & Numeracy Technologies:
'Think about literacy and numeracy technologies as all the tools or artefacts, objects or means that contribute to the achievement of literacy or numeracy goals. So if communication is a literacy goal, then some technologies might be as simple as pen and paper or as sohphisticated as blogs or Skype or online collaborative software.
Think about your use of calculators, books, email etc. All of these are technologies enabling our literacy and numeracy practices' (Lawson, 2011, November 09).
